Stop Looking For External Solutions to Internal Problems.
I Hate to say it, But I think it’s time…
I recently saw a quote that says:
The victim mindset dilutes the human potential. By not accepting personal responsibility for our circumstances, we greatly reduce our power to change them.
Words that remain true to this very day.
And, When looked back in my teenage years,
I have one major regret…
I was always looking for a scape goat on my internal problems.
I fed my ego with “It is not my fault” excuses.
I was totally wrong.
And guess what?
I lived a very miserable life and I never had peace for a second.
I get it…
A lot of times in life when we face challenges, we all tend to look for external solutions. But the truth is, a lot of battles we are facing are just internal. They are problems we create on our minds.
All I’m saying is this, a lot of times we do contribute to own negativities.
Looking for external solutions to your internal problems is the first chapter in the book of personal downfall.
This living thing. It’s so pointless if you will be wasting enormous time looking for the external solutions to your internal problems.
Out of shape? Stop blaming your partner. Hit the gym.
Depressed? Stop blaming social media. Detox. Go outside and meditate.
People don’t like you? See what’s wrong within first.
Broke? Stop blaming the system. Take advantage of the internet.
Have you seen the pattern?
Everything is under your control.
You are the master of your own destiny.
One pattern I’ve noticed among successful human beings on the planet is this:
They all taking personal responsibility for their actions.
They don’t look for a scapegoat
They ditch the so called “Victim mentality”
