The standards to be in the top % of men in 2024 is incredibly low.

The only thing you gotta do is moving differently.

It’s about changing the whole narratives and be miles ahead. Otherwise you will be stuck in a misery forever.

Just like millions others. Global Trend.

In a world full of distractions and breaking news in every 5 seconds..

That’s how you stay ahead of the curve.

No endlessly scroll on social media or binge watching Netflix.

You just Lock in, stay focused and eat that frog first.

This is correct and there should be no debate.

Lift heavy weights 3–5x week

Something this generation don’t seem to understand is this..

Hitting the gym and lifting weights literally solves 95% of our modern day problems.

I wish I could discovered that one sooner.
