I’m a British officer cadet who has just finished training. We learn how to be gentlemen in all aspects from negotiations on the battlefield. To hosting a banquet and in general life. I think all men should learn the quality’s of being a gentleman as there would be less violence, racism and all other evils in the world.

(Alpham)

The word gentleman…

We use it every time!

But here the questions come?

What exactly does it mean?

Why is it necessary to become one?

What it means in this age to be a gentleman?

Well, The term gentleman has became more popular in different areas of our lives. Magazine, blogs, daily life and so forth.

Also overtime the definition has been changed but to keep it more straight a gentleman is a chivalrous, courteous and honorable man. Just a polite way to refer to a man.

I’m going to say something that will upset lots of men but I don’t care. Being a gentleman is more than just wearing a suit. It’s bigger than that. Sorry to burst your bubble but that’s a fact.

It’s more of attitude, manners, materials, set of principles and appearance. Not just suit. It has been like that since the ancient time. I wish I was lying!

And, that’s why today’s article decided to cover on the things a man should have at his home to become one (a gentleman).

Things A Gentleman Should Have (Home)

A Set Of Gym Tools

A gentleman always prioritize working out above everything else. He always hit the gym (3–5x/wk) without making any excuses. I’ve never seen anyone avoid this.

With that being said, having a certain working out tools at your home should be non negotiable. Things like dumbbells, Yoga mat, Jump rope, and resistance band are essential.

The good thing about having these tools and working out is this, it will keep you in shape, build your entire self discipline and personality and above all it will skyrocket your entire self esteem.

Quality Books

Let me tell you this for free, being a gentleman is about investing in yourself. It is about expanding your self awareness and equip yourself with potential knowledge that could set you free for life.

And, whoever is trying to tell you otherwise is truly lying. I’m telling you the truth. Quality books are your gateway to personal freedom. You will never go broke nd will never lack wisdom & motivation.

So, with that being said, make sure your home is well equipped with skill based books & self improvement ones.

A Set of Tools

Are you honestly going to argue about this?

Basically you can’t.

Having set of tools like hammer, measuring tapes, pliers, Pencils, and utility knife is very vital when comes to things every gentleman should have in his home.

  • Be able and willing to fix things, hang things, and put things together when necessary.

Quality Candles

A gentleman’s home always smells good. Why would it not?

Air Fryer

Convenience is important to a man purpose. Be able to make or heat up quick meal so it doesn’t affect your productivity.

I’m going to steal this quote:

Being a boy is a matter of chance, being a man is a matter of age, being a gentleman is a matter of choice.
